Clearing Out 2020 with the Final Full Moon of the Year!

December's Full Moon on the 29th is traditionally known as the Cold Moon, although you might also know it as the Long Night Moon or the Oak Moon. The Cold Moon's name is pretty straightforward and is named after the cold of winter settling in.

 It will mark the last Full Moon of the year and it will be a great chance to Cleanse, Clear and Release what most will agree has been an extremely rough year..The Full Moon is the high point of the lunar cycle. It is a very powerful time for inner work ...for looking within, healing, shifting blocks and shedding the past ... things we all need to do on a regular basis. During this heightened energy we can let go and release any negative emotions related to lower energies, as well as negative patterns we may have fallen into. It's about releasing toxic thoughts, habits and even toxic relationships. It's time to clean the slate and start fresh. There is no room for guilt, fear, disappointment, jealousy or anything counterproductive. It is time to manifest our dreams!!!

We've all lost something in 2020... time, jobs, loved ones, friendships, not to mention our sense of normalcy. And if you haven't taken the time to heal from those losses properly, then use the energy of this full moon to do so.

If you've lost touch with the people you love due to the pandemic ...

If you've lost touch with yourself ... the healing powers of this moon can be used to your advantage, and can help you make amends.

While we can't move forward if we're looking back, we also can't move forward if there's unfinished business left behind.

Even though this year has turned things upside down for so many of us, it is important we look back on the gifts, even if they are hard to find....
